He offers up half of the money in an open challenge, just for trying; and a chance of doubling up because, as Buddy will challenge, all you have to do is beat “The Kodiak” Hunter Benjamin.

This kid just wants to be a professional wrestler like his dad was on TV and, for whatever reason, he has convinced himself that Buddy Winchester can help him do so.
As a national wrestling champion in both high school and college, the fundamentals are sound enough. In fact, bell-to-bell, he is a force to be reckoned with; that is, unless the match goes to brawling or the air. Don't get me wrong, IF he pops his opponent with a haymaker, off with their head, but he's reckless and sloppy -at best- throwing his meat mallets around. And, as much as he wants to fly from the ropes and corners, he has ONE move from the top rope and it is used very rarely.
Otherwise, he only wants to make his momma proud and spend time with his new girlfriend (who just so happens to be Buddy's daughter).

Entrance Description:
With the crowd amped-up for the action of the evening, the arrival of one Buddy Winchester was hardly the starting point that the fans were awaiting. Cheers of anticipation became mixed with loud boos as he stepped out onto the stage in a suit and tie. According to his face, he didn’t quite share the same excitement or thrill of the moment, but he didn’t seem to mind their jeers.
Then, a collective gasp brought an abrupt hush to the crowd. Not that Buddy killed the heat, in fact, the entire attendance drew closer to the edge of their seats in awe as a gigantic, young man joined him atop the ramp.
A red and white singlet clung to shoulders every bit of sixty inches across was topped with matching amateur wrestling headgear.
While Buddy paid them no mind, the massive wrestler following him slapped hands and bumped fists with the fans along the ramp. A bright white smile and rosy cheeks lit up the building as the two closed in on the ring.
At ringside, Buddy went up the steps while his large companion stepped right up onto the apron, wiped his boots and then sat on the middle rope. Buddy entered the ring through the opened ropes with the bear of a boy right behind him. After a quick huddle in the far corner, Buddy stepped out into the center, reached into his jacket and retrieved a microphone.

“It Wasn’t Me” - because even sleaziest of rotten scoundrels has an origin story...
Having spent the last three decades behind a desk in his luxurious penthouse office in Las Vegas, he is credited with connecting several high-caliber talents with promotions around the world. Sure, there were some failures, but for the most part, his former clients enjoy great success to this day. And so has he, making enough money from the business to allow him retirement in his early fifties.
2020 was his time to sit back and relax.
Or so he thought.
You see, life at home with Buddy was cramping the daily routine of his -most recent- wife and she filed for divorce shortly after his retirement.
With Buddy home, her free time with the pool boy and the landscape guy was reserved for times when he and her eighteen-year-old daughter left the house. Sure, she continued to train with her yoga master, and yeah, she probably still does, but when she returned home from a sexsion one afternoon to find Buddy and her daughter banging on the bathroom floor, well, that was all the motive-ation she needed.
As life would have it, his actions voided the prenuptial agreement and she was awarded half of his liquidated assets.
Now, faced with the task of staying afloat financially, Buddy Winchester is looking to cash-in on ringside managerial services. And, who would know the business and many of the talents in the ring today any better than the guy that probably put them there?
With a seven-foot, twenty-one years young rookie that tips the scales at two-hundred eighty-plus pounds, Buddy Winchester has possibly found his meal ticket. That is, not surprisingly, if his own insatiable twenty-year-old daughter can stop devouring it as she has taken an infatuated liking to his new client.
