The Home of Brandon Collins
A few blocks from Las Vegas boulevard on the top floor of a tall apartment building is the home of Brandon Collins. Inside the penthouse Brandon sits on his couch with his legs crossed and hands up to his face. He is dressed in a suit with a bag at his feet, looking down at his living room table. On that table is a plane ticket to from Las Vegas to Mexicali set to depart in only 3 hours.
"What is this feeling? Is it fear? Whatever feeling it is it's new. Why does The Expert feel like this?"
Brandon holds out his right hand. It's shaking uncontrollably
"He's done this hundreds of time before. Wrestled hundreds of opponents. Is it that Chris Andrew kid that is making The Expert feel this way? Couldn't be. The Expert has faced much ore intimidating opponents before. Then why does he feel this way? It was only a few blocks from this place where The Expert started his career and went from rookie to superstar in a few short months. He's wrestled in front of more people than he will in Mexicali, but why is he feeling like this?
Is it because it's been a while since The Expert has set foot in a ring? It has been over 18 months since The Expert's last match.
So that's it. That's what this feeling is.
He's nervous.
The Expert is nervous about reentering a wrestling ring. It's weird. The Expert has never been nervous about anything. His first time stepping into a ring, his first title match, hell not even his MMA debut. Maybe it was because he had so much confidence that hadn't been diminished by failure."
Brandon stands up, steps over his packed bag and walks down the hallway
"The Expert thought he was ready, but clearly needs to get back into the mindset that made him who he is today."
Brandon stops in front of a door before slowly opening it. The room is dark making it impossible to see anything. Brandon steps inside shutting the door behind him before flicking on the lights. The room lights up to revealing it to be a trophy room. Championship titles, trophies, photos of Brandon and other types if awards all in display cases and photo frames in this decent size room. Brandon slowly looks around and a smile starts to form on his face.
"It's been a while since he step foot in this room. In his short 22 years on this Earth The Expert has accomplished a great number of things. Always with such confidence and arrogance. Never caring about anyone or anything and yet always succeeding in everything he attempted. This is where The Expert needs to be right now. Going back to his old self. The Expert who wasn't afraid of losing or failing cause he knew he was so damn good."
Brandon walks around the room slowly examining everything he has ever won and reliving the memories of those times. He stops to pick up his Wrestle Or Die! Provisional Tag Team Title, which is the first title he ever won, examining it thoroughly before setting it back down. Then he picks up a picture of him and his old tag partner who will go unnamed cause he's a bastard.
"This is the man that needs to return. This is The Expert that needs to show up in Mexicali. This is the only way The Expert can win."
He stares at the photo for a while before calmly placing the photo back down, walking to the door, opening the door and exiting his room. He walks to the couch grabbing the bag and plane ticket. He then pulls out his phone, opens the UBER app and requests a pick up. The UBER is only 2 mins away. He places his phone in his pocket, grabs his his keys and walks out the penthouse.

"In order to win The Expert must become his old self."
Standing on a street corner is Brandon Collins who is being filmed for comments about his upcoming match and return to Pro Wrestling.
"This is what he was thinking for a his few hour plane ride here to Mexicali. In order to win this match and this tournament he has to return to the man that didn't care for anyone, but himself. A man who knew he was the best and was going to show it everytime he stepped foot in a ring. He need to be The Expert. But becoming The Expert again was harder than expected. After becoming a failure in mixed martial arts he began to second guess himself. Thinking maybe he isn't that good or he is just plain awful. Failure seems to put those types of thoughts into people's head, but this was new to him. He had never second guessed his abilities or himself before. He had lost faith in himself therefore he had lost himself.
It was just yesterday before his plane ride that The Expert had these thoughts. He hadn't really returned to himself like he thought he had. For the entire plane ride and since he landed he has done nothing, but think about how to return to the old him. It was only through a fan walking up to him this afternoon and nearly coming to tears that The Expert was right in front of her. All the talking about the great moments The Expert has had and this fan saying she can't wait for him to top all of that in the future was what he needed to hear. He was so caught up on the failure in the past that he hadn't been looking towards what he can accomplish in the future now that he is better than he ever has been and is out of the shackles that was placed on him by the TWG Federation Alliance. The skies is the limit. So right here right now he is here to say that The Expert is back!"
He pauses for a few seconds before continuing
"And with The Expert being back two thing are for certain. One The Expert will prove that he is still one of the greatest pro wrestlers to ever set foot in a ring and two everyone will fall before The Expert and that means Chris Andrew. And speaking of Chris Andrew there are some thing The Expert must say before our match. You are a rookie, an up and comer aka a nobody. You're career is just starting and you want to make yourself known in this world. Kinda like The Expert. Not saying you and The Expert are similar in anyway cause that would be an insult to The Expert. Before the ink had dried on The Expert first contract he was already great and had the mindset of a vet well before he step foot in a ring. You not so much.
You're probably looking to make you're name known at The Expert's expense, but here is the reality. You are going to step in the ring with The Expert, give it everything you have, hell you might even win over a few fans, but in the end you are going to lose. This is because The Expert is better than you and he has alot more to prove. He can't come back and lose to a rookie. Plus The Expert is going to use you to put everyone not only in this tournament, but every other professional wrestler on this planet on notice. The Expert is back and he is going to make everyone his bitch and that starts with you Chris Andrew.
The Expert has spoken."
